There was also information about analyzing thousands of approved cases to understand how decisions are made. The text also mentioned how they review publications, funding, and professional work as part of a full case. Has anyone here gone through preparing a petition where everything is structured around your actual profile like that?
From what I remember reading, they don’t just list requirements but talk about how USCIS expectations change over time. There was a part explaining that older arguments may stop working as review standards shift. I also noticed how much attention they give to connecting a person’s work with national importance, not just describing achievements. It didn’t look like a simple process where you submit documents and wait. Instead, they describe building a full legal narrative around the case. That detail made me pause because it sounds more complex than I initially thought. I didn’t go deeper into examples, just tried to understand the general idea.
